Booking Policy.

• All patients must be 18 years or older.

• Photographic ID must be shown if it is your first appointment with us, to prove your age.

• We reserve the right to refuse treatment to any patient for any reason.

• We reserve the right to postpone treatment.

Cancellation & Deposit Policy.

• A £20.00 non refundable deposit is required to secure the appointment this will then be deducted from the final cost of treatment on the day.

• Your deposit will be taken via our booking system and are non-refundable.

• If you do not show up for your appointment, you will lose your deposit and a further £20.00 will need to be paid in order to secure another appointment.

• You are able to rearrange your appointment using the same deposit if you give more than 48 hours notice prior to the day of your appointment, if you cancel or rearrange in less than this time then a further £20.00 deposit will be needed to secure another appointment.

Refund Policy.

• Deposits are non-refundable.

• Treatment costs are non-refundable.
