Ultrasound cavitation uses low-frequency sound waves to break down fat cells in a targeted area, which the body then clears naturally over the following days. It's comfortable — most people describe a warm, buzzing sensation — and you can go straight back to your day afterwards.
Sessions run between 30 and 45 minutes depending on the area treated. Cavitation can be combined with a lymphatic drainage massage to help the body clear things more quickly, and it's often added on to a fat dissolving course at a reduced price.
Body sculpting works best as a course rather than a one-off, alongside drinking plenty of water and staying active. Nadya will tell you honestly at consultation whether it's likely to give you the result you're hoping for.
